The SF Commons Data Archive
A common place to put datasets to be shared on the SF Commons
Share your data! It helps the environmental community reach its common goals of conservation and restoration.
Here's how:
1. Request an account from deanne at sonomaecologycenter.org
2. Log in
3. Upload the dataset into the appropriate folder.
To upload data, use the "Add to Folder" menu (upper right) and choose "file", then browse to the file on your computer.
You will want to zip it together with its metadata, readme files, and any other important documentation. You can create a metadata catalog in the California Environmental Information Clearinhouse with a record describing the dataset, then link the metadata record to the dataset by putting the URL to the dataset in the "online link" field in the metadata record.
